Chakras in our Body?
There are seven chakra in our body; if they remain awakened, then all the activities of our body keep going smoothly. All the chakras in our body are located in every part of the body, and they have their own function and form.
1. Muladhar Chakra in Our Body—This is the first chakra in our body; this “base chakra” with four petals is between the anus and the penis. The consciousness of 99.9% of people remains stuck on this chakra, and they spend their lives and die living in this chakra. For those whose life enjoyment, sex, and sleep are predominant, their energy remains collected around this chakra.

To awaken the Mooladhar Chakra, one should constantly meditate on this chakra because man is like an animal as long as he is living in this chakra; that is why this chakra should be kept awakened by controlling enjoyment, sleep, and sex. The second rule to awaken it is to live life in a witness state by following “Yama” and “Niyama.”
Effects of Mooladhar Chakra in our body: When this chakra is awakened, the feeling of bravery, fearlessness, and joy awakens within the person, and to achieve any kind of siddhis, bravery, fearlessness, and awareness are necessary.
2. Swadhisthana Chakra in our body—The Swadhisthana Chakra is the chakra in our body that is located four fingers above the base of the penis, which has six petals. If your energy is concentrated on this chakra, then there will be a predominance of fun, entertainment, roaming around, and having fun in your life. You will not even know when your life will be spent doing all this, and your hands will remain empty.
Mantra to awaken Swadhisthana Chakra: “Vam”
Entertainment is necessary in life to awaken the “Swadhisthana Chakra,” but one should not make it a habit because too much entertainment also pushes a person’s consciousness into unconsciousness. Just like movies are not real, but what you experience by connecting with them is proof of living a life like your dreams, because drama and entertainment are not real.
Effects of Swadhisthana Chakra in our body– When this chakra is awakened, cruelty, pride, laziness, negligence, disobedience, distrust, etc., vices are destroyed. To attain these siddhis, all our vices must be eliminated first; only then will siddhis knock at our door.
3. Manipurak Chakra in our body—Manipura The chakra in our body is located at the base of the navel. Being a red-colored chakra inside the body, it is the third chakra, called “Manipur,” which has ten lotus petals. The person whose consciousness or energy is collected here is obsessed with work, and such people are called Karmayogi. These people are ready to do any work in the world.

Awaken the Manipurak Chakra in our body to give a positive dimension to your work. You will concentrate on this chakra and breathe from the stomach. With the awakening of the Manipurak Chakra, greed, jealousy, backbiting, shame, fear, hatred, attachment, etc., go away.
This chakra in our body basically provides self-power, and it is also important to have self-respect to achieve siddhis. To have self-respect, it is important to feel that you are not a body but a soul. With self-power, self-strength, and self-respect, no goal of life is unattainable.
4. Anahat Chakra in our body—The Anahat Chakra in our body is located in the heart, which is the “Anahat Chakra” of golden color, adorned with twelve golden letters with twelve petals of lotus. If your energy is active in Anahat, then you will be a creative person, and every moment you will keep thinking of creating something new.
Mantra to awaken Anahat Chakra: “Yam”
To awaken the Anahat Chakra, by exercising restraint and meditating on the heart, this Chakra starts awakening. Especially by meditating on this Chakra before sleeping at night, it starts awakening with practice, and the “Sushumna” nerve starts moving upwards by piercing this Chakra.
Effects of Anahat Chakra—When it is activated, greed, deceit, violence, false reasoning, worry, attachment, conceit, indiscretion, and ego end. When this chakra in our body is awakened, love and compassion awaken within the person. When it is awakened, the knowledge of the person starts manifesting automatically, and the person becomes very self-confident, secure, character-wise responsible, and emotionally balanced. Such a person becomes a very well-wisher and a lover of humanity without any selfishness and is loved by all.
5. Vishuddhi Chakra in our body: The Vishuddhi Chakra is in the throat where Saraswati resides; there is the “Vishuddhi Chakra,” and it has sixteen petals. Generally, if your energy is concentrated around this chakra, then you will have a very powerful personality.

How to awaken Vishuddhi Chakra—By exercising restraint and meditating in your throat, this chakra starts awakening.
When the Vishuddhi Chakra in our body is awakened, one gets the knowledge of sixteen arts and sixteen powers. By awakening it, hunger and thirst can be controlled, and the effect of the weather can also be controlled.
6. Agya Chakra in our body—The Agya Chakra in our body is in the middle of the eyebrows (in the brow between the two eyes). Generally, the person whose energy is more active here becomes intellectually rich, sensitive, and sharp-minded, but despite knowing everything, he remains silent, which is called “intellectual siddhi.”

How to awaken the Agya Chakra in our body: by meditating in the middle of the eyebrows and staying in the witness state, this chakra starts awakening.
Effect of Agya Chakra—Immense powers and siddhis reside here. With the awakening of this “Agya Chakra,” all these powers awaken, due to which the person becomes a Siddha Purush.
7. Sahasrar Chakra in our body—The position of “Sahasrara” of “Sahasrara Chakra” is in the middle part of the brain, i.e., where the tuft of hair is kept. If the person has reached here by following “Yama” and “Niyama,” then he has become situated in the blissful body. Such a person has no interest in the world, renunciation, or siddhis.
To awaken the Sahasrara Chakra in our body, one can reach it only through the “Muladhara.” By meditating continuously, this “Chakra” awakens, and the person attains the position of “Paramhansa.”
