- Apan Mudra
In Apan Hasta Mudra Yoga, join the middle and ring fingers to the tip of the thumb.
* Apan Mudra purifies the body and nerves, removes constipation, removes stool defects, and cures piles. It removes gas problems, diabetes, urinary retention, kidney defects, and dental defects. It is also useful for the stomach and gives relief from heart disease. Due to excessive sweating, unnecessary elements of the body come out.
- Apanavayu or Hridaya Rog Mudra
In Hridaya Rog Mudra, place the index finger at the base of the thumb and the middle finger and ring finger at the front part of the thumb.

- Linga Mudra

- Yoni Mudra
In Yoni Mudra, using the fingers of both hands, first join both the little fingers together and touch the first knuckle of both thumbs with the last knuckle of the little finger, then, keeping both the middle fingers below the little finger, join their first knuckles together.
Keep the fingers below the ring finger under the middle finger opposite to each other, and press both their nails with the first knuckle of the index finger.

- Shaktipan Mudra
In Shaktipan Mudra, join the thumb and index finger of both hands in such a way that the shape of a betel leaf is formed, and put the remaining three fingers of both hands on the palm. This develops the power of the brain a lot.
- Pushpanjali Mudra
This mudra is formed in the same way as your hands are placed while offering flowers or asking for something from God. Keep both the open and straight palms together. By practicing this regularly, you start sleeping well, and your self-confidence increases.
