Importance of thumb in palmistry

The Thumb in Palmistry has only two joints, the first joint is the one which has the nail and the second joint is the one which is below the first knuckle. Self-confidence, self-power, determination of will etc. are considered from the first joint of the Thumb in Palmistry.

1. There are some parts in the thumb of our palm which have a special relation with the brain due to which paralysis which is an air-borne nervous disease is seen, in such a case the nervous system of a part of the body stops working. Symptoms of paralysis are seen from the thumb of the hand itself.
2. If the thumb of the hand is elevated and strong then that person is intelligent, valiant, self-confident and courageous. In childhood when a child commits a crime then he hides his thumb in his fist to save himself, due to which keeping the Thumb in Palmistry inside the fist should be understood as a lack of self-confidence and self-esteem.

Children who keep their Thumb in Palmistry pressed under the fingers after birth are usually weak. If we inspect a mental asylum, then the thumbs of those who are insane, insane or naive from birth are very small and weak.

6. Some characteristics of the Thumb in Palmistry – If the thumb is small and thick, then the person will quietly wait for something and will do things like stabbing, shooting, pushing etc. as soon as he gets a chance. If the thumb is long and beautiful, then there is both courage and will power.
7. There is a lot of relation between the flexibility of the thumb and the nature of the person. Those whose thumb is flexible and bends a lot backwards, they have the habit of establishing friendship with other women or men quickly, but those whose thumb is straight and hard at the back, they have less desire to establish contact with other people.
8. The length of the thumb should be measured from the base of the Thumb in Palmistry to the end. If it is divided into five parts, then two parts are of the first pore and three parts are of the second pore.
9. First pore – If the first pore is longer than normal, then such a person does not use logic and only talks.
10. If the second pore is very big and the first pore is very small in the palm, then such a person will think about something very intelligently but due to lack of self power or determination, he will not be able to implement his thoughts. This is why both the phalanges should be of good length for success.
11. If the first pore of the thumb is very small and weak and the Venus area is very elevated, then the person is under the influence of sexual desire. If a woman’s hand is like this, then she can soon be seduced by another man. The person whose first pore of the thumb is strong has determination in his thoughts due to which no one can seduce him easily.
12. If the first pore is thick and heavy and the nails are flat, then such a person gets very angry and loses his temper in anger. If the front part of the thumb is exactly like a mace, then the person does not think about right and wrong when he gets angry.
13. If there is a hard knot in the joint between the first and second phalanges of the thumb, then he can even bleed in a fit of anger and if the first pore is flat then the person is of calm nature.
14. Second pore- The second phalanges of the thumb are also of different types, in which some are thin in the middle, such persons are skilled in policy and clever in behavior and if it is very thin then the nerve power becomes weak and the person gets nervous while thinking.
15. If the second pore is long then the person talks for a long time on one subject and does not trust anyone, whereas if it is straight and long then such a person has good reasoning power.
